We enjoyed our stay in this rental. Check-in/out was very easy. We felt safe the entire time in the building and around the building. Beautiful views from the balcony and roof. The train is loud but seemed to go by 1 or 2 times per day, so it wasn't bad at all. The recycling center is active and can only hear a little noise only when the barge is being filled, maybe 1 or 2 times per day. There are some things that need attention in the unit, which I sent to the owner. All easy fixes that would not deter me from staying here again. It's a beautiful unit with great views, a nice kitchen and dining space, and small living room to relax. The location was a great for our 1st visit to Nashville, walking distance to so many things and short ride share rides, too. Would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Excellent location close to everything yet far enough away so it’s quiet, with walking trail to broadway made it easy to walk back and forth. Onsite secured parking garage, condo is very clean and comfortable with balcony overlooking the river.

Our stay at this condo was excellent. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to Broadway, which made it easy to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer. The condo had everything we needed, was comfortable and convenient, and made for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property, terrific experience all around. Highly convenient location - can park then Uber or walk to everywhere. Very walkable to downtown. Will look to stay here again!
